We work on most domestic and industrial brands, including Singer, Brother, Janome, Toyota, Bernina, Husqvarna, Pfaff, Juki, and many more. Vintage and hand-crank machines are also welcome.
How much does a service or repair cost?

A full service for a domestic lock stitch machine is £65, and a domestic overlocker service is £75. Repairs are quoted after a free initial assessment, so you know the price before any work begins.

Most repairs and services are completed within 3–5 working days. If we need to order parts or the work is more involved, we’ll let you know as soon as we’ve assessed the machine.

Yes. We offer a local call-out service for £20, which is added to the cost of any work carried out. Please contact us to check availability in your area.

Yes, you’re welcome to drop your machine off at our workshop in New Arley, Coventry. We’ll arrange a convenient time once you’ve booked in.

Yes. We have experience with vintage and older machines and enjoy helping bring them back to life. Some very rare parts may need to be sourced specially, but we’ll always discuss options with you first.

How do I pay?
How do I pay?
We accept cash on collection, or you can pay by bank transfer once the work is complete. Payment is due when you collect your machine or after a call-out visit.
